I have been a patient for almost 5 years and am still delighted. Friendly people, helpful communication and high-quality work that is impressive.
Whether it’s dental treatment or prophylaxis, they clearly explain what they’re going to do. The treatments are gentle, the equipment is of a very high technical standard, and they like to have a laugh too.
Before I came here myself, I saw 5.0 stars from 50 reviews and thought it was impossible. Now I’m giving it myself and would even give it 10 out of 10.

I have been a patient at this practice for many years and am very satisfied. The practice is very tidy, modern and beautifully designed. The practice team is consistently very friendly and I have never had to wait long. The organisation is really top notch. In addition, they always take enough time to provide detailed and competent advice and explain everything in detail. Every concern/problem is taken seriously. Teeth cleaning and check-ups are very thorough. As a public health insurance patient, I don’t feel like I’m a second-class patient – as is unfortunately often the case these days. Appointments can always be scheduled at off-peak times for working people. I also find online appointment booking and reminders via text message super convenient!

Here is my experience with Nbois + Ganss, where I have been going regularly for check-ups and teeth cleaning for three years. I am very happy to have found this dentist because he is simply the best. Not only are they highly skilled, but they are also very pleasant to deal with. All the staff always have a smile on their faces and the two doctors take time for their patients.
Dr. Ganss always explains exactly what he is doing and why it is important. Even teeth cleaning is always thorough and painless. I have already sent several friends to him and they are all just as enthusiastic as I am.
